We offer:

• Telephone consultancy in Community Care law.
• Supported casework, working with the solicitor or adviser
• Acceptance of case referrals where appropriate.

Our service is staffed by senior solicitors who undertake casework in this field themselves.

The service is available to

• Solicitors or agencies with a General Civil Contract with the Legal Services Commission
• Other organisations with a Specialist or General Help Quality Mark

You do not need to have a contract in Community Care work to use this service.
