Public Law Solicitors' housing work has developed from its community care work to ensure that for clients who have housing problems in addition to community care problems, we are able to provide an integrated service.

Our work prioritises the housing needs of vulnerable clients. In particular we specialise in cases in the following areas:

• Defending possession proceedings for tenants without mental capacity
• Tenancy arrangements for people without mental capacity
• Rights of people in supported housing
• Housing rights for vulnerable and disabled people
• Disability discrimination and housing

We have a contract in Housing Law with the Legal Services Commission.
